The In-Between…

You know that pivotal moment, when you have outgrown the old, but the new hasn’t quite appeared yet? When you know that you cannot go back, but you cannot yet see a way forward?

This is the In-Between.

A sacred space.

Where you don’t need to know the answers.

Where you witness what is, without rushing, without going back.

In a world that screams outcomes and movement, this can feel uncomfortable.

But it is here, where the magic happens.

Where you begin to emerge.

And we remain here, without fixing or forcing, or judgment, until you are ready.

The old you is dead; you’ve worked on your patterns, habits and all that stuff, but you want more.

You have no idea where you’re going, but you know you can’t go back.

From the outside, you look like you have your shit together, but internally, something is recalibrating.

You don’t need another strategy, SMART target or 10-step programme.

You don’t want to be pushed (or dragged) towards an outcome.

You are not broken, or late, or behind.

You are in a threshold moment.

And you know it.

How I Hold This Space…

I don’t have the answers. I won’t give you tasks or checklists or targets. I do not promise clarity.

I offer something deeper: a space to sit with what is, where you can just come and be as you are, in all your messy beautiful glory.

This is deep, relational, 1:1 work.

I create a sacred space for you to explore whatever you need to.

I reflect patterns and word choices that you maybe cannot see.

I witness, without judgement, or urgency.
The In-Between is where you can begin to settle your nervous system. Where you can reorient yourself. And transformation happens, but in a quiet and profound way.

This work is not for everyone and certainly not those looking for a quick fix. It is for those willing to sit in the In-Between, to honour and meet themselves.

Once I have your application, I will schedule a zoom call with you, so we can meet and see if working together feels right.

There will never be any pressure or obligation. You need to come to this work willingly; it is not my job to convince you.

What’s Included…

Remember when I said, no quick fixes?

This is a 6-month container, which will give you the time and space to integrate real change.

We meet via zoom, every other week for 90 minutes (12 sessions).

Each session will look different depending on what you need in that moment.

This is not “coaching” as you might know it.

There is no programme, no required outcomes, and no pressure. You simply get to be and arrive how you are, and we start with that. I have a huge toolkit of techniques, including in-the-moment reflections, attunement practices and nervous system stabilisation. Each one, chosen to support you.
